Applications are only available from the festival's web site, beginning in January.

6:00 pm - Midnight 11:00 am - Midnight 12:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Check-In:

Thursday, May 17
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
OR Friday, May 18
8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Booth assignments are made at the discretion of the Festival Staff.
  • Information packets with booth number and other materials will not be available until day of check-in.

Load-In:

  • You will park in a parking lot near to your booth and must dolly in.
  • You must be completely set-up by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 18.

Load-Out:

  • NO Early Load Out
  • Dollies may be used at Close of Festival
  • Vehicle load out not permitted until entire site has been cleared of all festival patrons.

Fees included:
10x10 Tent
1 Light Source
Electricity (400 watt maximum)

Retail and Service Businesses: Entry Fee $925
All retail businesses, professional services and other commercial related businesses. Festival reserves the right to deny any application due to vendor services/products that conflict with festival sponsors.

Buy/Sell Vendors: Entry Fee $625
Vendor provides a product that is not hand-crafted by the seller, but does not bear a corporate or brand name logo. With the exception of approved home distribution businesses.

Arts and Crafts Vendors: Entry Fee $525
All items sold must be the original work of the artist or craftsman named on the application and must be present at the festival.

Non-Profit Organizations: Entry Fee $475
Organizations must hold a 501-C3 status in Richardson, Texas city limits. These booths are for promotional material distribution only and may not be used for sales or fund-raising purposes. Spaces are limited.

Corner booths (sell from two sides) are available for an extra $100.
Double booths are double the fee.
Notifications will be emailed by April 2nd.
Notifications will not be given by phone prior to email.
