2010 Taste of Texas Food Court:

Al La Carte/The Skillet: South of the border is the specialty of the house! Beef or chicken fajitas, quesadillas, and nachos can be found here. Wash it all down with brewed gourmet teas, while you relax and enjoy the music.
Conway’s: You don’t have to wait for the state fair for your corndogs. They’re right here along with Conway’s famous funnel cakes and lemonade.
Freebirds: Be set free with the best burrito around! Filled with a variety of fresh ingredients, and made just to your own special mix. Don’t forget the chips and salsa!
Fun-tastic Concessions: If the smoked brisket or pulled pork sandwich doesn’t fill you up, try our big turkey legs. Room for more? They also have cheesecake and fried candy bars!
Hooters: When you think of Hooters, you think of hot wings, right? Don’t forget the curly fries and fried pickles too.
JR’s Catfish: Want to taste some southern Cajun? Try a basket of catfish, shrimp or both. Add a side of jambalaya or red beans & rice for a great addition to your meal.
Mario’s Cuisine: These people love to cook and it shows. Don’t miss their chicken artichoke veggie, pork Tuscany style, or gyro pitas.
Pizza By The Slice: Have it any way you like it at this stop. This pizza is built by you, for you, and cooked right on the spot.
Puff Palace Concessions: Need something comforting? They’ve got it covered. Get your choice of fried puffs, beef sundae, or pizza sticks. Top it off with fried apple bits or fried ice cream!
Saltgrass Steakhouse: Texas to the Bone! Taste the flavor of the open campfire in their steak and chicken dishes or even grab a burger!
Satay Hut: Who would guess something on a stick could taste so good! Find the Kabob that's right for you, chicken, beef, pork, or shrimp.
Sonny Bryan’s: You know how good this bar-b-que tastes. We’ll have our famous sandwiches and sausage on a stick waiting for you.
T.C. Country Corn: You’ll love your vegetables once you try our roasted corn. Try our roasted peanuts and baked potatoes too.
Tropical Cowboy Steak: Treat yourself to a delicious steak sandwich or chicken nuggets with a side of fries piled high with cheese and bacon or chili. Wildflower only comes once a year, so indulge yourself.

Found along the plaza, exhibitors, and beverage tents:

Bovine Dreams: Try some of Ben & Jerry’s wild flavored ice cream combinations. These udderly delicious and completely unexpected flavors will have you over the moooon.
JBob's Kettle Corn: They're spreading the addiction of your sweet tooth. Premium kernels are popped with 100% cholesterol free corn oil.
Marble Slab Creamery: How do you top their giant cups of ice cream? Try it in an ice cream float!
Maui Wowi: Take a trip to paradise with these smoothies. If you hold it up to your ear, you can almost hear the ocean!
Spudzilla Potatoes: They make one thing - a 16oz ribbon cut potato cooked in Louisiana peanut oil with a choice of 12 toppings. It's even fun to watch being made!
Texas Twist: This warm pretzel treat is a perfect compliment to a nice cold beverage. You can have it with salt, or make it a dessert with a dusting of cinnamon and sugar. Yumm.
