Calling all Vocalists!!! The Wildflower! Arts and Music Festival is looking for you! We want to hear your voices and see if you have what it takes to perform on the Bank of America Theatre Stage at the Eisemann Center during Wildflower! May 20-22, 2011.
All you have to do is prepare one song from memory and bring an accompaniment CD. You may also accompany yourself on an acoustic guitar or piano or bring an accompanist. Please choose appropriate lyrics for a family oriented festival performance. Producer reserves the right to determine what is appropriate. For performance, songs must be limited to 3 minutes. Small vocal ensembles (2-4) singers may also enter this year.

Sunday, April 17, 2011 is the only audition date for the 2011 festival. Auditions will begin at 1:00 pm. You must be pre-registered to audition. You will receive a confirmation email, with your time assignment, after you register.

Auditions will be held First United Methodist Church, 503 North Central Expressway, Richardson, TX.
Email wildflowerbuddingtalent@yahoo.com to schedule an appointment or for additional information. You must be available on Sunday, May 22, for the stage competition in order to audition.
Students will be notified of the outcome no later than May 1st. Students will compete by age groups with students from all age categories going on to perform during the Wildflower! Festival on Sunday, May 22, 2011.
The 5 Categories:
- Seedlings - Pre-school / Kindergarten
- Sprouts - Grades 1-3
- Buds - Grades 4-6
- Jr. Wildflowers! - Grades 7-9
- Wildflowers! - Grades 10-12
To be eligible to enter you must meet the age requirement (be 3 years to current 12th grade).
There is no longer a Richardson connection requirement.
